Review/plot:
This is mostly a recap of Nightwatch's origin from Web of Spider-Man #97-100, interspersed with scenes of him doing his best impression of Spawn brooding on a rooftop (and it's a good impression!).

He also tries to learn more about his origins by going to Empire State University, but while he's there he sees a security guard getting thrown out a window. He rescues the guard, and then investigates the building and finds an intruder that uses the same invisibility tech that the people who attacked him in his origin story used.

He catches the guy, but something triggers a killswitch in the guy's armor, and he dies.

However, Nightwatch learns that someone named Ashley Croix is alive before he has to flee from the police.
