X-Force #39Issue(s): X-Force #39 Review/plot: However, Prosh's presence causes electro-magnetic disruption, causing equipment failure and, more critically, causing Cable to lose control of his techno-organic virus. So Prosh heads out to space. In order to launch himself, though, X-Force's entire Camp Verde base has to be cannibalized, so X-Force will need a new place to live. The sentient operational program that runs Cable's cybernet systems?! It's perfectly natural for me to include a helpful expositional explanation of what I'm talking about in the middle of my shocked reaction!" Posted by: Morgan Wick | February 6, 2018 9:56 PM I weirdly loved Professor/Ship, but I can't stand the transformation to Prosh. It took a wise, caring digital spirit and made into someone who mirthlessly wisecracks like a Gruenwald character or maybe a technological Plastic Man without actually being any fun. I generally like Nicieza's work, especially on this period of the title, but this was a real misfire. Posted by: Paul G. | February 9, 2018 11:23 AM Comments are now closed. |
